Release-to-delivery operationsFAQBloxLoop Home

BloxLoop Systems

Move every authorized delivery from release to proof.

Plan dispatches, assign drivers and vehicles, capture delivery outcomes and proof of delivery, resolve exceptions, and hand returns back without changing Inventory or Sales records directly.

Customer workspaces are activated after requirements and access are confirmed. Account creation alone does not grant Distribution access.

Dispatch control

Manual stop order, driver and vehicle assignment, manifests, delivery notes, loading confirmation and dispatch authorization.

Driver workspace

A mobile-responsive assigned-job view for attempts, recipient confirmation, permitted evidence and optional consented location.

Delivery accountability

Line-level delivered, rejected, damaged, missing and returning quantities with append-only outcomes and audit history.

Exceptions and reporting

Controlled reasons, ownership, retry or closure actions, return handoffs, operational dashboards and tenant-safe exports.

Controlled operational boundary

Inventory alone owns stock release and return disposition. Sales owns commercial orders and pricing. Distribution owns scheduling, custody, delivery evidence and outcome handoffs through versioned, idempotent contracts.

Available in assisted standalone mode. Connected Sales and Inventory operation is enabled only after the corresponding tenant links and source contracts are verified. No route optimization, continuous GPS tracking, public live tracking, COD, payment automation, native app or offline operation is claimed.
